Early Life
Henk Diepbrink grew up in Amsterdam in a household where money was scarce and opportunities seemed limited. His father often repeated the idea that people born poor would never escape poverty. For Diepbrink, those words had the opposite effect. At the age of twelve he decided that his life would not be shaped by that belief. He promised himself to rise above circumstance and to create a different future, one defined by freedom rather than limitation.
From the Streets to the Stage
His path began with the Amsterdam police in the 1980s, when the city was known for its rough edges and daily risks. The work demanded courage, but it also revealed another talent. While investigating burglaries, Diepbrink offered victims alarm systems, discovering a natural instinct for business. It was a small beginning that led him toward direct sales and a completely new world.
What started modestly grew into an international career. Diepbrink built independence through direct sales, personal development and marketing. He became a speaker who learned to command the stage. In the United States he addressed audiences of tens of thousands, transforming nerves into energy and learning to inspire rather than simply inform. Those years shaped his identity as both entrepreneur and communicator.
Expanding his Horizon
Financial success allowed him to explore new directions. He invested in American real estate during the crisis years of 2008-2009, buying when others stepped back. Later he turned to private equity, supporting innovative startups in technology and lifestyle sectors. His involvement was not only financial. By advising management teams he helped companies grow, one of which eventually reached a billion-dollar turnover and a listing on Nasdaq.
A Spiritual Counterpart
Alongside business, Diepbrink followed a parallel journey. In 2005 he travelled to India, studied Tibetan Buddhism, met with the Dalai Lama and immersed himself in the practice of Kriya Yoga. These experiences gave him a philosophy that still guides his work today. As a karma yogi he believes that freedom comes from focusing on action rather than on results. Stress and frustration arise from chasing outcomes; growth comes from the act of doing, from learning and serving a larger whole.
Today’s Mission
Diepbrink devotes his time to guide others. Through mentoring, writing and speaking he helps people reframe their beliefs and build lives with more freedom. His activities span wellness products, digital finance initiatives and personal development projects, but the common thread is clear. For Diepbrink, success is not measured by what you accumulate but by the impact you have on others.
